About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the end-to-end Product Design process, from discovery and delivery through monitoring the implemented solution
- Understand users’ problems and needs
- Plan and conduct user research and validation
- Use interviews, usability testing, data analysis, and other UX Research techniques
- Turn insights into product opportunities and decisions
- Create flows, journeys, wireframes, interfaces, and prototypes at varying levels of fidelity
- Develop simple, intuitive, and consistent experiences, with accessibility in mind
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, Data, and other stakeholders
- Contribute to product discussions, problem refinement, experimentation, and decision-making
- Follow implementation to ensure the quality of the delivered experience
- Contribute to the evolution of Design practices and an AI-first culture
- Use the company’s Design System
- Share learnings with the Design community
- Explore Artificial Intelligence to accelerate research, analysis, ideation, prototyping, and experimentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or in an equivalent role
- A portfolio demonstrating involvement in digital products and the ability to explain the problem, process, design decisions, validation, and results
- Proficiency in Figma and modern Product Design tools
- Knowledge of Auto Layout, components, variants, prototyping, and Design Systems
- Knowledge of Product Discovery and UX Research methods and practices
- Experience or knowledge in interviews, journey mapping, problem analysis, usability testing, experimentation, and hypothesis validation
- Strong communication, collaboration, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to present and defend Design decisions based on evidence
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints
- Practical knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence applied to Design
- Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Figma Make, or similar tools
- Digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies, and interest in Artificial Intelligence
