About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, live chat, and social media
  • Offer solutions that help and benefit customers while demonstrating ownership and accountability
  • Maintain high service standards and continuously improve customer service
  • Respond to customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary
  • Support continuous improvement within the contact centre

  • After training, work one shift per fortnight in the office and remaining shifts from home
  • Work evening shifts for 25 hours per week
  • Support customers through a range of simple and complex queries

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Contact centre experience is not essential; understanding of great customer service is required
  • Comfortable talking to customers through phone, email, live chat, and social media
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment
  • Resilience when handling difficult interactions involving money
  • Basic IT skills to navigate MacBooks and company systems
  • Ability to work well within a dynamic team environment
