About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Transport for Greater Manchester, driving daily actions, campaigns, and contractual rights execution
  • Provide operational and event support for Arsenal Football Club, including community projects, ticketing, hospitality, and merchandise
  • Own partnership performance tracking across all partners
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on key metrics with internal stakeholders
  • Build a central destination for research and reports
  • Lead monthly tracking, analysis, and distribution of competitor partnership activities across Marketing channels
  • Support Brand Integration, SME projects, and internal taskforces
  • Oversee and triage the central Brand/Marketing inbox weekly
  • Identify, manage, and escalate operational, financial, and regulatory risks under Starling’s Risk Management Framework
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy across marketing collateral approvals processed via JIRA
  • Complete mandatory risk training and embed appropriate considerations into partnership activations and events

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Analytical capabilities with experience interpreting data and performance metrics to generate actionable insights
  • Proven track record in project management, campaign execution, and third-party stakeholder relationship management
  • Experience in events management and activation is highly preferred
  • Solid understanding of risk management, financial promotions, and compliance workflows within a regulated fintech or banking environment
  • Self-starter able to manage multiple multifaceted projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative campaign-planning and activation skills
  • Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking capabilities
  • Collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to company culture initiatives
  • Minimum of one to two years’ experience in a marketing campaigns and delivery role
