Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Aptitude and attitude valued more than specific experience or qualifications
  • Experience with Java is useful, but expertise is not required upon joining
  • Interest in clean coding, simple solutions, automated testing and continuous deployment
  • Ability to find elegant solutions to difficult technical problems
  • Java backend development knowledge
  • Cloud-native development with AWS and/or GCP
  • Understanding of microservice-based architecture
  • Kubernetes (EKS)
  • TeamCity for CI/CD
  • Terraform and Grafana
  • Willingness to work on tooling used daily by engineers
  • Participation in the interview process, including an initial engineer interview, take-home technical test, technical interview and final CTO/deputy CTO interview
