About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Interact with clients via phone, email, and in-person to understand travel needs and provide information on charter flight options
Respond to inquiries, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service
Coordinate charter flights, including scheduling, aircraft selection, ground handling, and catering arrangements
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to execute charter flight logistics
Ensure documentation, permits, and licenses are in order for each charter flight
Build and maintain relationships with clients, charter brokers, and operators
Handle issues before, during, or after charter flights and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve problems
Maintain records of client interactions and flight bookings
Prepare reports, invoices, and documentation as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience in aviation, travel, or customer service roles, preferably with exposure to charter flights for 2-3 years
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
Attention to detail and organizational abilities
Familiarity with aviation regulations and charter flight operations
Determination and resilience in high-pressure environments
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Proficiency in relevant software and computer systems used in charter operations
Flexibility to work irregular hours and handle last-minute changes or emergencies
