About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Receive development requests and deliver them from start to finish
Work on backend development, including requirements and data modeling, data structuring, architecture, implementation, and communication with servers, databases, and internal and external services
Work on frontend development by creating graphical interfaces, applying UX principles, and integrating the backend with the interface
Actively participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, from conception through delivery and maintenance
Develop and validate automated features, ensuring application quality and performance
Document processes, systems, and features to contribute to an accessible knowledge repository for the team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in backend (Java) and frontend (React) software architecture and design
Experience developing distributed and concurrent applications
Experience with Agile methodologies, preferably Scrum
Active participation in all phases of the software development life cycle, from conception through delivery and maintenance
Knowledge of object-oriented programming
Knowledge of UI (User Interface) development
Knowledge of application servers
Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
Knowledge of Secure Development practices
Experience with automated testing and feature validation
Ability to document developed processes, systems, and features
Experience with projects related to investments and retirement or pension plans (preferred)
Participation in development communities or contributions to open-source projects (preferred)
