About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform customer support for child support cases

Requirements
What you’ll need- Two years of experience processing information using a computer system
- Two years of experience conducting research and analyzing information to make decisions
- Two years of experience communicating with others to gather information
- Relevant education may substitute for the required experience
- Must complete an online skills assessment and achieve a score of at least 70% to be considered for an interview
- Must undergo a National Level-2 criminal background check and provide fingerprints
- Candidates requiring H-1B visa sponsorship will not be considered
- Candidates requiring STEM OPT must possess a qualifying STEM degree directly related to the position
- Male candidates born on or after October 1, 1962, must meet Selective Services registration requirements unless exempt
- Veterans’ Preference candidates must provide required supporting documentation
