About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process health care professional licensure applications
- Review confidential documents
- Use licensing systems such as LEIDS
- Communicate licensing requirements, fees, and continuing education rules
- Update licensee information
- Send written verifications
- Recommend operational improvements
- Assist with office procedures as needed
- Work five days per week from the Tallahassee office
- Perform emergency duty when required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be physically present in the office to effectively perform job duties and responsibilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems
- Ability to learn job-specific software
- Strong data organization skills
- Effective oral and written communication in English
- Ability to work independently within established schedules
- Successful completion of a security background check and/or drug screening
- Participation in direct deposit
- Completion of Form I-9 and employment eligibility verification through E-Verify
- Eligible male applicants born on or after October 1, 1962, must be registered with the Selective Services System or have a Letter of Registration Exemption
- Ability to perform emergency duty before, during, and/or beyond normal work hours or days
