About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the technical health of supplier integrations
  • Monitor availability accuracy, booking rules behavior, confirmation flows, and request efficiency
  • Detect anomalies and performance degradation through technical KPIs and data analysis
  • Perform technical audits of integrations, catalogs, and configurations
  • Review API logs and request/response flows to investigate incidents and validate supplier behavior
  • Conduct root-cause analysis and define corrective actions
  • Own mapping process execution and efficiency across supplier accounts
  • Apply and maintain mapping policies and resolve inconsistencies
  • Ensure correct configuration and quality of catalogs and active products
  • Monitor catalog credential configurations and prevent technical inefficiencies
  • Identify recurring issues and propose technical or process improvements
  • Collaborate with Product Supply and Engineering to implement and validate improvements
  • Provide technical support and insights to Key Account Managers and internal stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Relevant experience in technical account management (L1) or supplier integrations in the travel industry
  • Strong understanding of API-based integrations and log analysis
  • Experience with XML/JSON
  • Query language fluency for logs, metrics, monitors, and dashboards
  • Analytical, structured, and problem-solving mindset
  • Clear communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Working knowledge of English
  • Knowledge of TravelgateX, Parsec, Juniper, Direct Integrations, Datadog, Looker, Jira, and Confluence is relevant to the role
