About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and maintain switching operations to ensure maximum/100% network availability
- Ensure installation of central and remote switches according to received requests
- Manage and maintain central and remote switches and ensure readiness on a 24/7 basis
- Manage and maintain central and remote switch operations to serve efficiently during emergency situations
- Reduce switch complaints by improving customer complaint resolution toward zero complaints
- Perform duties according to stipulated business policies and procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- 0–2 years of experience
- Prior experience handling priority customers or in a royal family supervisory role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering
