About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the agile transformation strategy and implementation roadmap
Promote an agile culture through training, workshops, and mentoring
Act as a strategic partner to executives and leaders
Support organizational mindset change and the evolution of agile practices
Monitor agility indicators and metrics, proposing continuous improvements
Identify and remove cultural, structural, and operational organizational impediments
Support squads in planning, execution, and evolution of agile practices
Develop internal capabilities, promoting autonomy and continuous learning
Maintain a data-driven approach by analyzing operational indicators and guiding decision-making
Serve as a reference in coaching and mentoring, using techniques such as co-coaching and powerful questioning

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive experience as an Agile Coach in complex corporate environments
In-depth knowledge of scaled agility (SAFe or similar frameworks)
In-depth knowledge of organizational transformation
In-depth knowledge of leadership development
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow
Experience with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
SAFe certification required
CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) certification required
KMP (Kanban Management Professional) certification required
LPM (Lean Portfolio Management) certification or equivalent portfolio management experience required
Management 3.0 desirable
OKR experience desirable
