Key responsibilities & impact

Execute the agile transformation strategy and implementation roadmap
Ensure timely and appropriate training and guidance for teams, fostering an agile culture
Act as an advisor to executives and leaders, supporting changes in mindset and behavior
Monitor transformation progress, gathering evidence of impact and proposing continuous adjustments
Remove organizational impediments, including cultural barriers and structural and logistical challenges
Lead the development of internal capabilities, promoting autonomy and continuous learning
Support team members in planning, implementing, and continuously improving at the squad level
Take a strategic approach to the critical analysis of operational metrics, promoting data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
Serve as a reference in coaching and mentoring, using co-coaching, powerful questions, and dialogic learning

Requirements

What you’ll need

Tools: JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office
Required certifications: SAFe, CSM, KMP, LPM, Project/Program/Portfolio Management
Preferred certifications: Management 3.0, OKR
Experience working as an Agile Coach in complex corporate environments
In-depth knowledge of scaled agility, organizational transformation, and leadership development
Ability to work cross-functionally, influencing diverse areas and fostering synergy among teams
Systemic and strategic vision, with a focus on sustainable results and a culture of continuous improvement
Ability to adapt to different organizational contexts and levels of agile maturity
