About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute the agile transformation strategy and implementation roadmap
- Ensure timely and appropriate training and guidance for teams, fostering an agile culture
- Act as an advisor to executives and leaders, supporting mindset and behavioral change
- Monitor transformation progress, gathering evidence of impact and proposing continuous adjustments
- Remove organizational impediments, including cultural barriers and structural and logistical challenges
- Lead the development of internal capabilities, promoting autonomy and continuous learning
- Support team members in squad-level planning, implementation, and continuous improvement
- Work strategically, focusing on the critical analysis of operational indicators, promoting data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
- Serve as a reference for coaching and mentoring, using co-coaching, powerful questions, and dialogic learning
Requirements
What you’ll need- Tools: JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office
- Required certifications: SAFe, CSM, KMP, LPM, Project/Program/Portfolio Management
- Preferred certifications: Management 3.0, OKR
- Experience working as an Agile Coach in complex corporate environments
- Deep knowledge of scaled agile, organizational transformation, and leadership development
