About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Install and configure Claude Desktop in accordance with the definitions, rules, and standards established by Vallourec’s IT department
- Support the business team in defining the document consolidation strategy by participating in discussions, testing, and solution validation
- Configure Claude, create templates, and define initial prompts according to the established strategy
- Work with Prompt Engineering to develop and optimize prompts for document analysis and processing
- Collaborate with Quality specialists to use AI to analyze, verify, compare, and consolidate documents
- Deliver 20 hours of specialized training to the Quality team, providing guidance on the efficient use of Claude for document analysis
- Support the definition of the governance model for using the tool, including roles, usage policies, and quality controls
- Support the implementation and operation of AI solutions in a corporate environment, taking into account scalability, security, and the processes of large enterprises
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience in Prompt Engineering and prompt development for Artificial Intelligence solutions
- Practical experience with Anthropic Claude, including configuration, operation, and use of the Cowork feature
- Experience implementing and operating AI solutions at scale, particularly in large enterprises
- Knowledge of document analysis, management, and consolidation is a plus
- Experience creating templates, defining instructions, and configuring AI tools
- Strong communication skills and the ability to train and guide users
- Conversational and written English proficiency for interaction in a corporate environment
- Anthropic Claude certification is a plus
