Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of SINACOR (B3)
- Experience analyzing business processes
- Skills in incident management and system configuration
- Experience with functional testing and user acceptance testing
- Skills in documentation preparation and requirements analysis
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
- Focus on quality and operational continuity
- Certifications related to process management, quality, or project management are a plus
- Experience working at financial institutions or brokerage firms is a plus
