About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the link between Analytics and Business teams, leading alignment discussions and translating needs into analytical solutions.
Lead corporate governance initiatives for KPIs and metrics, contributing to the development of a single indicator catalog (Single Source of Truth).
Apply Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize, automate, and analyze workflows.
Create, monitor, maintain, and enhance AI agents, contributing to the continuous evolution of implemented solutions.
Ensure the periodic updating, consistency, and distribution of KPI reports to company departments and shareholders.
Validate data quality, integrity, and consistency in the Data Lakehouse environment.
Ensure the conceptual governance of the analytical data environment by validating the alignment of structures and business rules with corporate metrics.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, processes, and KPI definitions.
Identify inconsistencies, propose improvements, and support the continuous evolution of data processes and Artificial Intelligence initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Experience in analytical activities, preferably involving data, Analytics, or KPI governance.
Intermediate to advanced SQL skills, including queries using CTEs, joins, filters, and integrity validations.
Familiarity with Data Lakehouse environments, particularly SQL Server and/or Databricks.
Ability to read and interpret data to validate quality and consistency.
Experience preparing technical and process documentation using tools such as Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
Participation in at least one project or initiative involving generative AI, chatbots, or intelligent automation.
