About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IT policies, standards, and procedures
- Ensure process adherence to governance frameworks and applicable regulations
- Participate in internal audits, supporting the identification of nonconformities and follow-up on the respective action plans
- Map, document, and review IT processes, identifying control gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Support the monitoring of performance indicators, such as KPIs and OKRs, contributing to management and executive reports
- Support the identification, monitoring, and treatment of risks related to IT processes
- Manage and monitor the Technology contract and vendor portfolio
- Track contract terms, renewals, adjustments, and other contractual obligations
- Support contract negotiation, formalization, and renewal with the Legal, Finance, and Procurement teams
- Monitor SLA compliance, identify deviations, and engage the responsible teams for resolution and corrective action
- Keep the contract and vendor database up to date, organized, accurate, and audit-ready
- Support vendor performance monitoring and the identification of improvement opportunities
- Support the promotion of an IT Governance culture
- Contribute to communication, training, and awareness initiatives related to governance and compliance
- Participate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams
- Contribute to the evolution of governance processes, controls, and practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Knowledge of IT Governance, particularly based on the COBIT 2019 framework or later versions
- Knowledge of IT Service Management based on ITIL v3 or later versions
- Experience managing IT contracts and vendors
- Knowledge of SLA and performance indicator monitoring and management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Experience with ITSM, GRC, or similar tools
- Knowledge of IT processes, controls, and documentation
- ITIL Foundation certification is a plus
- COBIT Foundation certification is a plus
- Experience with IT audits, compliance, and IT risk management is a plus
- Experience working in medium-sized or large corporate environments is a plus
- Experience managing Technology services vendors and contracts is a plus
