About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct recurring risk assessments of infrastructure operations, including personnel assigned to client sites
- Identify and assess risks related to legacy or end-of-life (EOL) environments, privileged access, shared credentials, equipment, and shared environments
- Collect and validate evidence of patching, backup, access management, hardening, and business continuity controls
- Record and update risk statements and action plans for the ITO function
- Support managers and coordinators in executing remediation plans through to closure
- Support risk assessments for new operations
- Prepare metrics and information for monthly reports
- Support the analysis of significant incidents by identifying root causes and lessons learned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in Risk Management, Governance, Compliance, or Information Security within IT infrastructure environments
- Knowledge of servers, networks, data centers, cloud, backup, and access management
- Experience gathering evidence and monitoring action plans
- Knowledge of ISO 27001 and/or NIST
- Fluent English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, and critical thinking
- ITIL 4 or ITIL (Version 5) certification is a plus
- ISO 27001 Foundation or similar certification is a plus
- Experience with IT outsourcing and multi-client operations is a plus
- Knowledge of ITSM tools, such as ServiceNow, and Power BI/advanced Excel is a plus
- Knowledge of vulnerability management and cloud environments (Azure and AWS) is a plus
- Spanish is a plus
