Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources, ensuring the quality and integrity of the information
Develop predictive models and algorithms to identify patterns and trends in customer behavior
Create visualizations and reports to facilitate data interpretation and communicate results to stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and propose data-driven solutions
Stay up to date on new data analysis tools and techniques, contributing to the continuous improvement of the cooperative’s practices
Transform data into valuable insights to support strategic decision-making and the continuous improvement of services for members

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering
Knowledge of Python or R
Experience with SQL for data manipulation
Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI
Ability to work with large volumes of data and unstructured data environments
Analytical skills and critical thinking to solve complex problems
Previous experience in data science projects is desirable, preferably in financial institutions or credit unions
Knowledge of machine learning techniques and advanced statistics is desirable
Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams is desirable
