About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform IT governance activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare management reports
- Support the implementation and monitoring of continuous improvement processes
- Assist in identifying and monitoring IT risks and controls
- Support the organization and documentation of governance processes, procedures, and evidence
- Contribute to compliance with internal policies, standards, and procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align processes with strategic objectives
- Support initiatives related to compliance, internal controls, and IT governance best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of IT governance frameworks, such as COBIT and ITIL
- Understanding of risk management, compliance, and internal controls
- Knowledge of report preparation and KPI monitoring
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Previous experience in corporate IT environments is desirable
- Must reside in the state of Rio de Janeiro
