About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze, diagnose, map, and model financial processes
- Identify opportunities to improve, optimize, and standardize activities
- Develop and apply continuous improvement methodologies and agile practices
- Prepare process flows and documentation
- Analyze data and performance indicators, proposing solutions to increase operational efficiency
- Actively support the implementation of improvements
- Use Microsoft 365, especially advanced Excel, and Power BI to analyze information, monitor results, and support decision-making
- Develop activities and queries in the SAP system
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in process analysis, diagnosis, and modeling, as well as applying agile methodologies
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, with an emphasis on Excel
- Knowledge of Power BI
- Experience with SAP
- Reside in Rio de Janeiro
- Availability to attend occasional in-person training sessions at the client’s site
