About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and enhance backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Implement scalable, secure, and highly available REST APIs.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of microservices-based architectures.
- Develop integrations between internal systems and enterprise platforms.
- Participate in defining technical solutions and making architectural decisions.
- Ensure code quality through development best practices and code reviews.
- Implement unit tests and support automated testing strategies.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues in development and production environments.
- Collaborate with Architecture, DevOps, QA, and Mobile Development teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to delivery planning and execution.
- Drive continuous improvements in application architecture, performance, and quality.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Solid experience in backend development using Java.
- Advanced knowledge of the Spring Boot framework.
- Experience developing REST APIs.
- Experience with microservices-based architecture.
- Knowledge of relational databases, preferably SQL Server.
- Experience with messaging using Apache Kafka.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of version control and collaboration tools, such as Git.
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience analyzing and resolving application performance and stability issues.
