About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the definition, development, and execution of the organization’s Strategic Process Plan
  • Lead process discovery, analysis, modeling, and documentation using BPMN 2.0
  • Develop and maintain the process architecture, value chain, and End-to-End (E2E) view of business flows
  • Partner with business areas to identify opportunities for process improvement, simplification, automation, and standardization
  • Administer, organize, and maintain the corporate process repository in SAP Signavio
  • Ensure the quality, consistency, compliance, and governance of process documentation and models
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and collaborative process mapping, analysis, and validation sessions with stakeholders
  • Support SAP GO4HANA project workstreams, ensuring business processes are aligned with the solution’s best practices
  • Develop performance indicators, dashboards, executive presentations, and governance materials to monitor process maturity
  • Execute and support integration testing, validating that designed processes comply with business rules and program requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in Business Process Management (BPM)
  • Strong knowledge of process modeling using BPMN 2.0
  • Experience with process architecture, value chains, and process governance
  • Experience with continuous improvement initiatives and performance management
  • Knowledge of process metrics (KPIs) and analysis methodologies
  • Experience in project management and working with multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Preferred: experience with SAP Signavio (Modeler and Collaboration)
  • Preferred: knowledge of processes related to SAP S/4HANA
  • Preferred: participation in digital transformation, SAP implementation, or SAP migration projects
  • Preferred: experience with organizational transformation programs and corporate process design
  • Systems thinking and an End-to-End perspective
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Organization, planning, and autonomy
  • Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
