About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze existing Automation Anywhere bots and migrate automations to Power Automate
- Develop, configure, and test bots using Power Automate Desktop
- Develop Python solutions and scripts to support automations
- Gather and analyze requirements with clients and business areas
- Participate in the design, development, testing, deployment, and support phases of automations
- Identify and handle exceptions, implement logging, and apply best practices to ensure bot resilience and stability
- Prepare and maintain technical SDD (Solution Design Document) documentation for developed or migrated automations
- Support user acceptance testing with business areas and monitor solution stability after deployment
- Communicate risks, dependencies, potential improvements, and technical needs to the team and client
- Collaborate with the team to ensure delivery quality and meet deadlines
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience of at least 1 year in process automation (RPA) projects
- Advanced experience with Automation Anywhere
- Experience with Power Automate Desktop
- Experience with Python development
- Experience migrating automations between RPA platforms, especially from Automation Anywhere to Power Automate
- Knowledge of the automation lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
- Knowledge of exception handling, logging, and best practices for bot resilience
- Ability to prepare and maintain technical SDD (Solution Design Document) documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional certification must be obtained within 60 days of hiring if it is not valid at the time of onboarding
- Clear and objective communication with clients in technical and functional meetings
