About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, size, and coordinate technical and human resources to meet client demands for smaller-scale operations with lower technical complexity
- Ensure contracted service levels, client satisfaction, and the maintenance, expansion, and profitability of the contracts under management
- Engage with active clients to identify new business opportunities
- Define and assign activities to team members according to their technical profiles and operational demands
- Monitor and report on operational status and service quality, escalating to Managers when necessary
- Track operational problem-solving processes and provide feedback to users
- Participate in meetings to prioritize demands and assess service levels
- Prepare management reports with quality and service-level indicators
- Ensure achievement of contract operational SLA metrics
- Authorize emergency services within the scope of delegated authority
- Collaborate with other teams to identify technical issues and align corrective actions
- Plan and control working hours and schedules for operations teams
- Update operational status and management tools
- Periodically report operational status to Managers and clients
- Address current and future demands associated with contracts and operations
- Perform similar and/or related tasks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in Cybersecurity operations
- Experience with GRC
- Experience with Ethical Hacking
- Experience with SOC operations
- Experience in Vulnerability Management
