About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage strategic projects within the Digital Resilience Program.
  • Ensure project alignment with corporate strategy and business objectives.
  • Manage resource allocation.
  • Prepare executive summaries.
  • Conduct ongoing risk analysis, maintaining transparency and predictability for stakeholders.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects, managing interdependencies and synergies among program projects.
  • Ensure value delivery progresses within budget and schedule.
  • Optimize the use of shared resources.
  • Ensure balance across Scope, Schedule, Cost, Risk, Quality, Communication, and Stakeholder Engagement.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience managing highly complex technology projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Project Management disciplines (PMBOK), Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and industry-standard tools (Jira / MS Project).
  • Understanding of the solution development and delivery lifecycle (DevOps), along with knowledge of IT security, infrastructure, and availability processes.
  • Strong negotiation, conflict management in corporate environments, and executive-level (C-suite) communication skills.
  • MBA or specialization in Project Management, Processes, or Business Management (preferred).
  • PMP and/or Agile and scaling certifications (PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, SAFe) (preferred).
