About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work within an Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence supporting a North American multinational client
Conduct interviews, workshops, and walkthroughs with client stakeholders in English
Map and document AS-IS processes and design TO-BE processes in BPMN
Prepare Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and requirements specifications
Identify business rules, exceptions, and decision criteria
Map data between systems and define the authoritative source for each piece of information
Assess the feasibility and potential ROI of new automation opportunities
Support testing, including test data preparation, scenario definition, and business validation
Serve as a bridge between the business area and the technical development team
Maintain process governance and keep process documentation up to date
Track each initiative from discovery through production deployment
Design automation solutions using RPA and Artificial Intelligence

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent English (C1 or higher) to conduct meetings and produce formal documentation
Experience as a Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of BPMN modeling and requirements gathering
Experience with RPA or process automation projects
Strong analytical and logical skills for structuring business rules
Availability to work during hours that overlap with U.S. time zones
Knowledge of UiPath or Power Automate
Experience with generative AI, AI agents, or Document Understanding projects
Experience with ERPs (Oracle or similar systems)
Basic SQL; advanced Excel; and experience with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
CBAP/CCBA, CBPP/BPM CBOK, or UiPath Business Analyst certifications
Autonomy and proactivity when managing stakeholders
Clear verbal and written communication
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
