About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the interface between business and technology.
  • Ensure governance of IT processes, project management, compliance, risk management, and the monitoring of strategic demands related to the SAP ecosystem and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Work in Agile teams focused on managing demands involving Data, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Automation, and the development of AI Agents and Prompts.
  • Manage and govern IT services, ensuring alignment between business and technology teams.
  • Manage demands, projects, and initiatives using Agile methodologies and industry best practices.
  • Support the governance of SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP GRC environments.
  • Monitor vendors, contracts, and SAP AMS service deliverables.
  • Lead activities related to compliance, ITGC audits, access management, and risk management.
  • Support PMO processes, change management, and the continuous improvement of IT processes.
  • Gather requirements from business areas and translate needs into technology solutions.
  • Use ServiceNow and Azure DevOps to manage demands, incidents, and projects.
  • Participate in the implementation and evolution of digital products and corporate platforms.
  • Act as a strategic partner to client business areas, promoting innovation and operational efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
  • Experience in IT Governance.
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
  • Experience with SAP GRC, SAP AMS, PMO, and Change Management.
  • Knowledge of Compliance, ITGC Auditing, Access Management, and Risk Management.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and PMI practices.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and Azure DevOps.
  • Experience in vendor management and requirements gathering/mapping.
  • Experience working in Agile environments focused on Data, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Automation.
  • Experience developing digital agents, Generative AI, and prompt engineering.
  • Participation in digital transformation initiatives and the implementation of digital platform products.
  • ITIL and/or COBIT certifications.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with business areas.
  • Strategic vision and results-oriented mindset.
  • Collaborative, analytical, and proactive profile.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in dynamic and constantly changing environments.
