About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the focal point between business and IT teams, ensuring strategic alignment and excellence in delivering business requests
- Manage the lifecycle of technology projects and initiatives, from requirements gathering through implementation
- Lead IT Governance activities, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, processes, and controls
- Support initiatives related to SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP GRC, and SAP AMS
- Manage risks, compliance, ITGC audits, access management, and internal controls
- Coordinate vendors, monitor SLAs, and ensure delivery quality
- Map and prioritize business requests, promoting the best possible stakeholder experience
- Participate in the implementation and evolution of digital products and corporate platforms
- Use ServiceNow and Azure DevOps to track requests, incidents, and projects
- Contribute to regulatory initiatives, including tax processes and requirements
- Work in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading strategic discussions
- Map requirements, manage requests, and support the implementation of platform-based digital products
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience as a Business Partner or Project Consultant
- Experience managing technology projects and coordinating requests with business teams
- Knowledge of IT Governance, Compliance, Internal Controls, and Risk Management
- Experience with SAP environments, particularly SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP GRC, and SAP AMS
- Knowledge of ITGC audits, access management, and corporate controls
- Experience managing vendors, monitoring SLAs, and ensuring delivery quality
- Experience gathering, prioritizing, and tracking business requests
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams
- Experience with ServiceNow and Azure DevOps
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship-management skills
- Experience with digital transformation projects
- Experience with regulatory processes and tax requirements
- Certifications in Agile, Scrum, PMO, ITIL, or IT Governance
- Experience in mid-sized and large corporate environments
- Strong analytical skills and a broad systems perspective
- Collaborative, results-oriented mindset
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to influence and engage diverse teams
- Strong organization, prioritization, and focus on delivery quality
- ITIL or COBIT certification
