About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a client portfolio and sell additional features and services (farmer role)
- Lead the planning and execution of strategic projects focused on implementing and expanding the credit card infrastructure
- Map, design, and optimize commercial, operational, and business processes
- Conduct market research, benchmarking, and feasibility analyses to define strategies for products, channels, target audiences, and commercial and business policies
- Coordinate and engage Commercial, Product, IT, Operations, Marketing, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance teams
- Manage risks, regulatory impacts, and regulatory compliance, considering guidelines issued by Susep, the Central Bank of Brazil, and other applicable regulatory bodies
- Develop and monitor timelines, roadmaps, and action plans
- Deliver executive presentations and strategic reports
- Support the development and launch of new products and offerings by coordinating tests, pilots, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation analyses
- Ensure a positive customer experience by structuring sales, post-sales, and customer service workflows
- Serve as a technical and strategic point of reference, guiding teams and influencing stakeholders
