About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Translate system requirements into functional and data models, considering the logical and business perspectives of the project area's processes.
- Define functional and non-functional requirements; elicit, detail, manage, specify, and validate technical requirements.
- Analyze and prepare system development based on client requirements and data.
- Develop and implement system projects, including data gathering, alternative analysis, database modeling, documentation, user training, deployment, and maintenance.
- Analyze system proposals and identify inconsistencies or errors in requirements.
- Specify use cases and model business processes, functions, data, and information flows.
- Create context, use-case, class, sequence, activity, function, and data diagrams.
- Define decision-making criteria, evaluate alternatives, and design systems in collaboration with the Systems Architect.
- Size systems and evaluate architectures, system interactions, software capabilities, and computing resources.
- Plan and lead problem analyses and technical meetings; implement and facilitate Scrum practices.
- Design and monitor test and implementation plans in collaboration with the Test Analyst, including interfaces for integrated module testing.
- Assess process compliance, implementation, and the overall quality of the solution, taking methodology, standards, risks, and limitations into account.
- Conduct feasibility studies and economic and financial analyses, comparing the costs and timelines of alternatives with solutions currently in operation, when applicable.
- Define user access rules for systems and data.
- Prepare recommendations and technical documentation for users.
- Evaluate integration and migration processes between high-platform and low-platform environments.
- Define methodologies and standards for systems and applications on high platforms and their integration with low-platform environments.
- Design high-platform system architectures integrated with low platforms, and model and optimize data across these environments.
- Prepare the Statement of Work (SoW) when requested.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experiência em Engenharia de Requisitos e em técnicas de levantamento, como JAD, entrevistas, questionários e prototipação.
- Conhecimento em análise e modelagem de dados com UML, orientação a objetos e modelagem estruturada e essencial.
- Conhecimento em desenvolvimento e manutenção de software.
- Experiência com ferramentas de testes automatizados.
- Conhecimento em dimensionamento de sistemas, modelagem e desenvolvimento de projetos e arquiteturas de software.
- Experiência na elaboração de diagramas e especificação de casos de uso e processos de negócio.
- Experiência com documentação técnica voltada a usuários.
- Experiência em ciclos de produção com metodologia Ágil ou similar e em projetos e iniciativas DevSecOps.
- Experiência em gerenciamento de projetos e utilização da ferramenta Microsoft Project.
- Conhecimento em integração de sistemas multiplataformas.
- Conhecimento em planejamento e gerenciamento da qualidade.
- Conhecimento em técnicas de prototipação e Discovery UX.
- Visão lógica e de negócios.
- Conhecimento sobre sistemas em alta plataforma e sua integração com ambientes de baixa plataforma.
