About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide support and drive continuous improvement for the SAP FI and CO modules
  • Analyze requirements, gather business needs, and design functional solutions
  • Participate in SAP FICO implementation, rollout, enhancement, and/or migration projects
  • Configure and customize FI and CO module functionality in line with business requirements
  • Analyze and resolve complex incidents and issues, identifying root causes and proposing solutions
  • Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams during solution development and implementation
  • Perform unit and integration testing, and support business teams during testing and user acceptance activities
  • Support the integration of SAP FICO with other modules and enterprise systems
  • Assist with documenting processes, configurations, and implemented solutions
  • Collaborate with business departments, IT teams, vendors, and international stakeholders
  • Participate in meetings and alignment sessions in English with global teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, working with the FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules
  • Experience configuring and customizing the SAP FI and CO modules
  • Experience with SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and/or support projects
  • Knowledge of key financial and accounting processes integrated with SAP
  • Experience analyzing and resolving complex incidents and issues
  • Knowledge of SAP FICO integration with other modules, such as MM, SD, and/or PP
  • Ability to gather requirements and interface effectively with business departments
  • Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to participate in meetings, presentations, and technical discussions with international teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field
  • Preferred: experience with SAP projects in global or multinational environments
  • Preferred: experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance
  • Preferred: experience with SAP transformation projects or migrations from SAP ECC to S/4HANA
  • Preferred: knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
  • Preferred: SAP FICO or S/4HANA certification
  • Preferred: experience with financial closing processes, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, cost centers, profit centers, and controlling
