- Analyze, configure, and support Sales and Distribution processes
- Resolve incidents and handle enhancement requests
- Propose improvements to business processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience with SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), including the analysis, configuration, and support of Sales and Distribution processes
- Experience working in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments
- Advanced knowledge of configuring Sales, Shipping, and Billing processes
- Experience with Pricing and Condition Technique, including the definition of prices, taxes, discounts, and commercial conditions
- Strong command of master data management for customers, materials, and commercial conditions
- Experience with the complete sales cycle, including Sales Orders, Deliveries, Picking, PGI, and Billing
- Experience with Returns, Credit Memos, and Debit Memos
- Knowledge of Intercompany scenarios and intercompany sales processes
- Experience with Output Management and BRF+
- Knowledge of billing, fiscal documentation, and integration with business areas
- Ability to analyze requirements, propose improvements, and resolve incidents and enhancement requests
- Experience with implementation, rollout, or migration projects to SAP S/4HANA
- Knowledge of integrations between SD and other SAP modules
- English proficiency
