About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather requirements and map HR processes
Align business needs with SAP SuccessFactors solutions
Support the implementation, configuration, parameterization, and ongoing support of the platform’s modules
Participate in projects involving Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Career Development, Compensation, and Talent Management
Perform functional testing and support user acceptance testing
Identify opportunities to improve processes and implemented solutions
Support the integration of SAP SuccessFactors with other SAP systems and enterprise platforms
Prepare technical and functional documentation
Deliver training and guide users
Provide functional support and analyze incidents
Propose solutions to ensure process stability and efficiency
Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to ensure delivery quality and alignment with organizational objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, configuration, or support projects
Knowledge of Human Resources processes
Ability to work in partnership with technical and business teams
Experience with or knowledge of the Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Career Development, Compensation, and Talent Management modules, depending on project scope
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors integration with other SAP systems and enterprise platforms
