About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as an SAP SuccessFactors HCM specialist in global HR initiatives
- Work with Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Support and enhance critical people management and payroll processes
- Participate in implementation and improvement projects
- Provide daily support for HR and Payroll processes
- Work with integrations between HR and Payroll systems
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and global teams
- Contribute to the digital transformation of HR processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors ECP and EC
- Experience in implementation, enhancement, and daily support/maintenance projects
- Knowledge of integrations between HR and Payroll systems
- Consultative profile with strong relationship-building skills when working with business stakeholders
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency for interaction with global teams
- Experience with SAP BTP/CPI integrations
- Knowledge of Time Management and other SuccessFactors modules
- Participation in global HR digital transformation projects
- Experience in multinational environments is a plus
