Key responsibilities & impact- Administer and support the Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) environment
- Manage devices through Microsoft Intune
- Administer and maintain Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments
- Provide support for Linux and VMware environments, with a focus on VDI
- Develop and automate processes using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Visual Studio
- Identify, analyze, and resolve incidents, proposing continuous improvements to the environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience administering MECM (SCCM) environments
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune
- Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
- Knowledge of Linux operating systems
- Knowledge of VMware, with a focus on VDI
- Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, and Visual Studio
- Microsoft 70-696 certification is a plus
- AZ-900, AZ-104, and AZ-140 certifications are a plus
- Collaborative and proactive approach
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organization, prioritization, and a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with different departments
