Develop and enhance backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
Implement scalable, secure, and highly available REST APIs
Contribute to the development and evolution of microservices-based architectures
Develop integrations between internal systems and corporate platforms

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
Solid software engineering experience, with relevant experience in Java and/or JVM-based languages
Experience developing and operating systems using Java, microservices, and APIs (Spring Boot, Node.js)
Knowledge of service containerization: Docker and Kubernetes (vanilla, AKS, EKS, GKE, OpenShift, etc.)
Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices: Nexus, SonarQube, GitLab, Jenkins, Bamboo, GitHub, and StarTeam
Knowledge of continuous integration, automated deployment, unit testing, TDD, BDD, and Agile methodologies (Scrum)
Knowledge of private and public cloud environments: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
Quality-focused, with a commitment to clean, well-tested, and maintainable code
Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, WebSphere, JBoss, Kafka, Kafka Streams, SQL Server, and Kubernetes
Collaborative and proactive professional with strong written and verbal communication skills
