About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide on-site and remote support to users (Level 1 and Level 2)
- Install, configure, and support laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity incidents
- Assist with configuring networks, printers, VPNs, and corporate tools
- Maintain and update IT equipment inventory
- Assist with preparing and delivering equipment to new employees
- Monitor support tickets and coordinate with specialized teams when necessary
- Manage inventory of IT equipment and accessories
- Assist with monitoring purchase orders and receiving equipment
- Organize the department’s administrative and technical documentation
- Maintain user, equipment, and operational records
- Support the opening and tracking of requests with vendors and internal departments
- Organize and update the IT department’s administrative records
- Assist with managing technology asset inventory
- Monitor the receipt, movement, and delivery of equipment
- Control documents, acknowledgment-of-responsibility forms, and operational records
- Liaise with internal departments regarding IT-related administrative requests (Procurement, HR, Facilities, and Finance)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced conversational proficiency in at least one of the following languages: English or Spanish
- Previous experience performing the activities described above
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Experience with ticketing management tools (ServiceNow, GLPI, or similar)
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and user administration
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and corporate mobile devices
- Monday to Friday, during regular business hours
