About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Join the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) as a Cloud Specialist
Serve as the primary technical authority for developing and maintaining policies and procedures
Ensure that multicloud infrastructure is scalable, secure, and operated according to best practices
Work directly with code, pipelines, and consoles
Serve as a technical reference for architectural decisions
Implement and maintain guardrails (SCPs, IAM policies, Azure Policy, and network guidelines) in Terraform, applied across dozens of accounts and subscriptions
Build and evolve infrastructure building blocks for teams, including networks, accounts, access controls, and provisioning pipelines
Design multicloud architectures and oversee their implementation, including cross-provider connectivity, network segmentation, and resilience
Investigate L3/L4 incidents across providers, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
Write scripts and serverless functions for data collection, inventory management, and organization-wide configuration enforcement
Drive digital transformation and ensure operational excellence

Requirements

What you’ll need

Administrator-level infrastructure expertise, with in-depth knowledge of compute resources, networking (VPCs, VNETs, Transit Gateways, routing), policies, and organization structures
Strong multicloud experience, with deep expertise in AWS and proven proficiency in Azure
Knowledge of OCI is desirable, with opportunities for continuous learning
Hands-on experience writing and maintaining Terraform code in production environments
Proficiency with Shell scripting, AWS CLI, Azure CLI, OCI CLI, and serverless functions such as AWS Lambda
Excellent communication and influencing skills to guide internal client teams, advocate for technical standards, and propose well-founded alternatives
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency for reading technical documentation
Experience building and publishing reusable Terraform modules from the ground up is a plus
Experience with OCI and knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) are a plus
Experience with FinOps practices is a plus
Certification in any of the leading cloud platforms is a plus
