About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, test, and maintain modern, responsive, and accessible interfaces using Angular
Contribute to front-end architecture, considering scalability and Micro Frontends strategies for application composition
Implement and maintain state management using NgRx and/or Signals
Create reusable, consistent components with Angular Material and the adopted design system
Develop unit tests with Vitest and contribute to application quality and reliability
Consume and integrate REST APIs, handling loading states, errors, and asynchronous flows with RxJS
Optimize front-end performance, considering lazy loading, change detection, and bundle size
Provide occasional support for Java back-end activities, including minor adjustments and lower-complexity integrations
Investigate issues and implement effective technical solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and build solutions
Participate in code reviews and share constructive feedback
Document development processes and prepare technical support and operations materials

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong knowledge of front-end development with Angular 15 or later, TypeScript, RxJS, HTML, and CSS
Proficiency in state management with NgRx and/or Signals
Knowledge of Angular Material and reusable component development
Knowledge of Micro Frontend architecture
Knowledge of unit testing with Vitest
Fundamentals of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and front-end architecture best practices
Basic knowledge of Java back-end development and REST API integration
Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Preferred: knowledge of design systems and component library development
Preferred: understanding of internationalization (i18n)
Preferred: knowledge of performance optimization and Core Web Vitals
Preferred: familiarity with Spring Boot and messaging and event concepts
Preferred: basic knowledge of SQL to support integrations
Preferred: familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tools
Preferred: knowledge of highly available and scalable transactional applications
