About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead large-scale SAP projects and programs, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA and RISE with SAP
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, from planning through implementation and stabilization
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams comprising consultants, partners, business functions, and IT
- Serve as the primary interface between the client, business functions, SAP, and vendors
- Lead executive governance, steering committees, and reporting to leadership
- Manage schedules, scope, budget, risks, dependencies, and performance indicators
- Ensure adherence to SAP Activate, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Support digital transformation and technology modernization initiatives
- Manage project financials, including budget planning, cost control, financial forecasting, CAPEX/OPEX management, and the preparation and monitoring of business cases
- Manage vendors, partners, and contracts
- Support organizational change management and adoption of implemented solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Senior-level experience in SAP project and program management
- Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA transformation projects
- Hands-on experience with initiatives leveraging RISE with SAP
- Experience with Greenfield, Brownfield, and Selective Data Transition migrations
- Track record of working on large-scale, highly complex projects
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong experience in project and program financial management
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, SAP Activate, SAP Cloud ALM, and SAP Fiori
- Knowledge of Program Management, Project Management, PMO Governance, Portfolio Management, Stakeholder Management, Vendor Management, Risk Management, and Change Management
- Knowledge of budget planning and control, financial forecasting, CAPEX/OPEX management, cost control, financial governance, executive financial reporting, business cases, and financial risk management
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, and Hybrid Project Management
- PMP, SAP Activate Project Manager, Scrum Master, or RISE with SAP-related certification is a plus
- Experience with global digital transformation programs and multinational environments is a plus
- Knowledge of SAP Signavio and SAP BTP is a plus
- Advanced or fluent English is a plus
- Advanced Spanish is a plus
