About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and monitor system development, implementation, and maintenance projects
- Support the organization of project activities and key milestones, considering scope, timelines, and available resources
- Facilitate communication and alignment among the teams and professionals involved in projects
- Monitor project progress and support the identification of issues requiring attention and opportunities for improvement
- Support the analysis and management of project-related risks
- Participate in the assessment and routing of changes related to project scope and planning
- Contribute to the organization and updating of project documentation
- Lead project status and alignment meetings with stakeholders
- Support the resolution of project-related issues and conflicts
- Contribute to resource estimates and activity planning
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other project-related documents
- Work collaboratively with the teams and departments involved, promoting alignment and collaboration throughout project delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- Professional experience managing system development, implementation, and maintenance projects
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Experience with projects that use Function Point metrics
- Knowledge of PMI/PMBOK and project management best practices
- Experience planning and monitoring projects
- Knowledge of risk, change, resource, and schedule management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with different departments and stakeholders
- Ability to lead meetings, negotiate, and manage conflicts
- Experience preparing project reports, presentations, and documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
