Key responsibilities & impact

Lead highly complex data projects, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, particularly data teams, fostering integration across the areas involved.
Manage stakeholders and clients, ensuring alignment between business needs and data solutions.
Monitor schedules, deliverables, metrics, risks, dependencies, and action plans.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to projects and data deliverables.
Conduct progress and alignment meetings with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders.
Prepare and present executive reports on status, progress, risks, metrics, and decisions.
Support problem resolution and critical decision-making throughout projects.
Ensure the application of project management best practices and methodologies, including PMBOK.
Support the advancement of project and data governance, processes, and controls.
Ensure alignment between business objectives, data strategy, and project execution.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the management and execution of data projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, managing projects of medium to high complexity.
Experience in technology services consulting, leading projects alongside data teams.
Experience managing strategic data projects and multidisciplinary teams.
Knowledge of and hands-on experience with PMBOK and project management best practices.
Experience managing stakeholders, clients, and technical teams.
Experience managing risks, scope, schedules, budgets, metrics, and governance.
Experience preparing and presenting executive reports.
Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate professionally in meetings, presentations, and interactions with international stakeholders.
Excellent communication, organizational, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
PMP certification or other project management certifications is a plus.
Experience with Data, Analytics, BI, Data Governance, or digital transformation projects is a plus.
Knowledge of Agile and hybrid methodologies is a plus.
Experience with projects involving strategic clients and highly complex environments is a plus.
Experience with governance structures and executive portfolio oversight is a plus.
