About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Understand business processes and identify the best strategy for automating them
Design, develop, test, and implement automations primarily using Blue Prism
Develop solutions following best practices for architecture, security, performance, reusability, and maintainability
Create and maintain Business Objects, Processes, Work Queues, Environment Variables, Credentials, and reusable components in Blue Prism
Develop structured exception handling, retry, logging, and automation recovery mechanisms
Monitor changes identified during development, testing, user acceptance testing, and production, ensuring alignment with requirements
Participate in code reviews and ensure the technical quality of solutions
Identify opportunities to improve, optimize, and enhance the stability of automations
Collaborate with business, infrastructure, security, and architecture teams throughout the solutions' life cycle

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience developing RPA solutions using Blue Prism
Advanced knowledge of Process Studio, Object Studio, Application Modeller, Work Queues, Exception Handling, Retry and Recovery, Credentials, Environment Variables, Schedules, Control Room, and Release Management
Experience automating web, desktop, Excel, SAP, and legacy applications
Experience with integrations via APIs, Web Services, or databases
Ability to create reusable components, objects, and functions
Knowledge of RPA development best practices, version control, and governance
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Analytical ability and a critical perspective on business processes
Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban (Jira)
Ability to propose technical and process improvements based on analysis and requirements gathering
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate, particularly Power Automate Desktop and Cloud, is a plus
