About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of the SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and SAP CO (Controlling) modules
- Conduct requirements gathering, solution design, integration testing, training, and post-go-live support
- Participate in migration, rollout, and digital transformation projects in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments
- Analyze and optimize financial, accounting, and controlling processes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, business stakeholders, and international teams
- Prepare functional documentation and ensure alignment with SAP best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience as a Senior SAP FI/CO Consultant
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA implementation and support projects
- Advanced knowledge of financial, accounting, and controlling processes, financial close, and integrations between SAP modules
- Experience with functional specifications, testing, user acceptance testing, and key-user support
- Advanced English for work in a global environment
- Experience with SAP FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management), particularly the CR (Credit Management), CLM (Collections Management), and COL (Dispute/Collections Management) modules — a plus
- Intermediate or advanced Spanish — desirable
- SAP certifications related to the FI/CO or FSCM modules — a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills when working with technical and business teams
- Consultative, collaborative, and proactive approach
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic, multicultural environments
- English required
- Spanish desirable
