Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with JIRA, using the tool to manage, track, and organize requests, user stories, tasks, and incidents.
Knowledge of project management, including tracking schedules, priorities, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Experience with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum, including participation in ceremonies, sprint planning, refinement sessions, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Knowledge of gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements.
Ability to perform data modeling, create and interpret relational models, and understand database structures.
Strong SQL knowledge, including queries, joins, filters, aggregations, subqueries, and data analysis.
Experience creating and maintaining system documentation, functional specifications, business rules, process flows, integrations, and procedures.
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, including concepts, applications, and potential uses of AI for automation, data analysis, process optimization, and decision support.
Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture concepts, including the relationship between business strategy, processes, data, applications, and technology.
Ability to analyze existing systems, identify impacts, and propose improvements and solutions while considering the organization’s architecture and technology ecosystem.
Knowledge of systems integration and understanding of APIs, services, and information exchange between applications is a plus.
Proactive and self-directed, with the ability to manage activities and solve problems.
Resourceful and hands-on, with the ability to find solutions and handle unexpected situations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating interaction among business, technology, and other stakeholders.
