About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the quality and stability of digital products
- Assist with production incident analysis and root-cause validation
- Participate in Problem Management processes and recurrence prevention
- Validate the impact of changes, releases, and GMUDs from a quality perspective
- Identify risks before deployments
- Participate in incident correlation and investigation
- Monitor application quality after deployments
- Perform exploratory, functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Execute risk-based regression testing
- Strengthen end-to-end validation of APIs, integrations, and dependencies
- Support acceptance criteria and test strategies
- Develop test scenarios and test cases
- Participate in requirements refinement to ensure testability
- Contribute to manual and automated test coverage
- Support validation of web, mobile, and API applications
- Track quality and stability indicators
- Analyze defect metrics, incident recurrence, and test coverage
- Use observability and monitoring data in investigations and post-deployment validations
- Ensure the documentation and traceability of validation evidence
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in Quality Assurance
- Experience with exploratory testing
- Experience with functional and regression testing
- Experience investigating incidents and validating production fixes
- Knowledge of API testing
- Knowledge of testing strategies for distributed applications and integrations
- Knowledge of log analysis and functional troubleshooting
- Experience with web and mobile applications
- Experience developing and executing test cases
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools
- Strong analytical skills and a systems-level perspective
- Preferred qualifications: knowledge of observability tools, ITIL, digital product support, mission-critical or high-availability environments, SQL, ServiceNow, test automation, Robot Framework, Playwright, CI/CD, systems architecture and integrations, contract testing, and digital health or high-volume user platforms
