About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee content development projects, including refining existing programs and launching new programs
Lead curriculum developers and subject matter experts in content creation
Establish and maintain quality control processes for accuracy and relevance of educational programs
Experiment with content modalities such as skills labs and simulations
Conduct and analyze data on program performance, learner engagement, and outcomes
Use data-driven insights to improve programs
Report to the Head of Learning

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in program management or curriculum development, preferably in an EdTech environment
Experience managing end-to-end content development and breaking down complex technical concepts into digestible elements
Experience in instructional design, preferably in an online/virtual context
Ability to thrive in a startup environment requiring scrappiness, resilience, and adaptability
Strong understanding of EdTech, online pedagogy, and adult learners’ needs
Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Strong communication skills
Experience in EdTech, allied healthcare education programs, or leading curriculum developer teams is a bonus
Must be open to working in-office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) from the Lower Manhattan office
