About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Teach and facilitate skills labs and clinical instruction across assigned Stepful cohorts
Demonstrate proper techniques, provide live step-by-step instruction, and supervise practice
Assess student competency and provide feedback and remediation
Ensure students achieve mastery of skills before clinical rotations
Coordinate with hospital preceptors to align experiences with program goals
Document student progress and report clinical outcomes
Represent Stepful on client and partner calls, supporting solutions-team implementation
Provide insights to enhance the student and partner experience
Support client onboarding and program implementation between 11-week cohorts
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners between cohorts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Willingness to travel to multiple clinical sites around the United States
Current Surgical Tech certification (CST or NCCT)
3+ years of experience teaching Surgical Technology in a lab or school setting
Hands-on experience as a Surgical Technologist in the operating room
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to be hands-on, resourceful, and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
Current BLS certification
