Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the efficient operation, profitability, and supervision of a specific branch(es) or department(s) while assuring customer satisfaction

  • Supervise day-to-day activities of employees responsible for operational tasks
  • Align branch goals with business unit goals by monitoring branch metrics and providing recommendations to leadership

  • Develop departmental plans, including business, production, and/or organizational priorities
  • Apply knowledge of key business drivers and factors that maximize department performance

  • Identify and solve complex operational and organizational problems
  • Persuade managers and leaders to take action and/or negotiate with external partners, vendors, and customers
